The Tunstall Student Council organizes school events like dances and charitable fundraisers. But more importantly, the council aims to create community.

Council President John Benton '27 said that on August 28 during council installation, which took place during Upper School Chapel.

Events the council organizes are important because they lead to something larger, Benton said. "Those things matter because of what they create. They create community. They create the moments we remember."

Benton also called on his fellow students to check in and take care of one another. The council will lead in that effort, he said.
