A good time was had by all, for a great cause, on April 14, as the Chesapeake Bay Fellows of the Batten Leadership Program held the 6th annual Oyster Roast. 

Held this year around The Pit, this event offers food, games, and educational information about the importance of oysters to the Chesapeake Bay. While mainly for Upper School, students in Middle and Lower School were able to wander through and learn.

The event also supports the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, as Fellows sold shirts in advance.

Everyone was fortunate that the afternoon of the 14th provided beautiful, sunny weather, allowing for a fun atmosphere.
