Middle School got quite the performance from Amo Brass!

The award-winning chamber music ensemble had everyone enjoying their rhythmic sounds during an assembly on March 13. The group performed a variety of music.

Band students got the added pleasure of a lesson with the quintet, where they learned tips of the trade. During this session, ensemble members both taught music lessons and valuable pointers for students who might be interested in exploring music in college and beyond. 

Amo Brass is a chamber music ensemble composed of Yale School of Music alumni, based in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut area. In 2023, the group was a Finalist Prize-winner at the Plowman Chamber Music Competition, and received the ABQ Prize at the 50th Fischoff Competition.
