Congratulations to field hockey captain Joji Purdy '25, who was honored in late October as the WVEC-TV Athlete of the Week!

Purdy is a prolific goal scorer; as a junior she was the fastest in the region to reach 50 goals. She continued to thrive as a senior, helping the Bulldogs win another TCIS title.

Committed to playing in college at Penn State University, Purdy also is a team leader. “She just brings out the best in her teammates,” NA field hockey coach Mary Werkheiser said in the WVEC piece. “She wants to make her teammates better."
