Two of the first Chapels of 2026 centered on a topic valuable to just about everyone.
Witt Borum, a teacher-coach and Middle School Assistant Director, led Middle School Chapel on January 6, the very first Chapel of the calendar year. He gave sage advice on something many people struggle with - how to keep new year's resolutions. Set specific and measurable goals that you can take action on, Borum said. Then set a realistic timeline to achieve them. Be positive and track your progress.
The following day, teacher-coach Eric Acra '84 gave similar advice at Upper School Chapel. In addition to coaching varsity boys basketball and teaching history, Acra is Dean of Students in the Upper School.
