The College Counseling team is supporting a significant number of seniors as they navigate the final stages of selection proceedings for premiere scholarship and honors programs at schools including UVA (The Jefferson Scholarship), UNC Chapel Hill (Morehead-Cain Scholarship), North Carolina State (Park Scholarship), W&M (1693 Scholars), Wake Forest (University Scholarship Finalist), and Washington & Lee (Johnson Scholarship).
“As we look ahead to March and April, we anticipate additional good news in response to regular decision applications,” said Director of College Counseling Jennifer Scott. “It is our honor to advocate on behalf of each and every student. We could not be more excited about the intentional way our seniors have approached their college admission journeys.”
So far, 40 seniors are settled with confirmed collegiate homes for the fall; all seniors will finalize their post-secondary plans in time for the national candidate reply date of May 1.
Cheers to the Class of 2020! Let’s go, Bulldogs!
