Four Students Win Awards in Library Book Review Contest

Norfolk Academy had four winners in the Norfolk Public Library Book Review contest.
Fourth grader Chase McDonald won first place with his review of Hatchet by Gary Paulson, and his classmate, Henry Chesson, won third place with a review of Hope Was Here by Joan Bauer.
Sixth grader Jack Poynter won first place with his review of Ghost Boys by Jewell Parker Rhodes.
Ninth grader Camille Roberson won second place for her review of An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir.
The award winners will attend a ceremony on May 16 at the Slover Library in Norfolk. Congrats on your insightful reading and writing, Bulldogs!
