Three Words to Describe the Class of 2021: Close, Bold, Active
Favorite Refectory Meal: Anything from the yogurt bar!
Most Meaningful Activity
I enjoy advisee. It's close knit in the Upper School and having a group of people and a teacher to rely on and be close to is nice.
A Favorite Memory
Definitely going to the boys varsity soccer game against Cape Henry junior year. It was fun seeing a bunch of my friends there and the turnout was amazing.
Mrs. Zito, who I took an English class from last year. She was so enthusiastic about everything she taught, and was helpful and understanding at the start of COVID. She always presented us with ways to push ourselves as writers and people.
Advice for My Fellow Bulldogs
Work hard and persevere. When it's challenging at times - whether socially or academically - push through and you will come out a better person on the other side. Also, get close with your teachers because they can truly turn around any experience.
A Quick Word About Kalli
“I must commend Kalli on her academic dedication. Truly, she is one of the most committed students I have had the privilege of teaching throughout my 27-year career. Along with Kalli's academic determination, she is an equestrian who pursues her love of horses and riding. With her busy life, Kalli manages her time well to afford herself the success she demands. She is a student who will enrich any college campus with her kind and dedicated personality.” ~ Ms. Mary Todd Glascock, Kallie’s Spanish Teacher
The thing that most makes me a Bulldog is… determination.
