“I like to think that I have left a positive impact by being my happiest self as much as possible. I like to think that smiling can make an impact on so many.”

Three Words to Describe the Class of 2021: Fun, Hard Working, Loving

What are you most looking forward to in college? Meeting a bunch of new people

Most Meaningful Activity
I enjoyed being the leader of PRISM this year and striving for equality. I hope that the club can continue to make an impact next year.

Reflections on Learning
The valedictory speech that Dr. Kidd gave in the last class with seniors in Advanced Philosophical Literature. He spoke with such impact and made me feel like I could do anything.

Inspirational Teacher-Coach
Dr. Kidd. Though I have not always been his best student, he has always been my best teacher. He made me realize how much I love English, especially creative writing, and fostered this love through three classes. He always has a smile and is ready for a conversation with anyone and everyone.

Words of Wisdom for My Fellow Bulldogs
Please be yourself to the fullest, because no one ever remembers the people who tried to blend in with the crowd. Stand out.

A Quick Word About Jordan
“Jordan is a feisty and courageous young woman who is enthused by the power of the pen, words, experiences, and potential paths. When we first met to discuss her college admission journey there was talk of considering colleges in Australia, returning to Europe, looking at urban locations where culture and diversity are thriving... Jordan naturally fits in with all types of people and is an adventurer at heart. She is also highly motivated to act based on her perception of justice (or in some cases injustice) and believes strongly that her generation will, once and for all, fix many of the world’s problems. I admire her tenacity, verve, and confidence, but most importantly her cheerful spirit, which is the genesis of lots of smiles and connection on our campus.” ~ Mrs. Jennifer Scott, Jordan’s College Counselor

The thing that most makes me a Bulldog is… my spirit.
