 | In the spring of 2007, the Board of Trustees initiated the most recent Long Range Plan by conducting a workshop outlining and prioritizing the school's challenges going forward. Those participating included Trustees, faculty, alumni, parents, grandparents, and parents of alumni.
The Plan, approved by the Board of Trustees in 2008, focuses on the school’s most valuable resource – its faculty. The objectives of the Long Range Plan include: perpetuating a faculty of excellence, advancing a curriculum for the 21st century, communicating the Norfolk Academy vision, enriching the school-parent partnership, forging a closer connection with alumni, and funding the drive for excellence.
