All health forms are managed through Magnus Health.  You must be logged in to the website to access this link.  Your login will be sent to you after you submit Part 1 of your enrollment.

This form must be completed and signed by a physician prior to attending athletic practices.   It is valid for one academic school year.

Q. How do I sign up my child for music and dance lessons?
A. Lower School parents will receive a form regarding music and dance lessons after the first few weeks of school.  

Q. When will Summer Reading information be available?
Summer reading is required for students entering grades 2 - 12.  All summer reading lists will be available by the end of May.

Q. When will I receive my child's schedule or class list?
A. Middle and Upper School schedules are mailed in the beginning of August.  Questions can we directed to Mr. Brian Jarvis (7th grade),  Mrs. Trish Hopkins (8th and 9th grade), or Mr. Eric Acra (10 - 12th grade). 

Lower School students will receive a letter from their teacher in mid-August, and class lists will be posted on Friday, August 22.

Q. When will I receive my website login?
You will be sent your login information a few days after your enrollment is complete.  Instructions for creating a username and password will be sent via email to the email address listed on your enrollment form.   You will need to log in to the website to complete your child's medical records through Magnus Health (accessed through the Resource Board).

Q. How do I go about making course selections?
A. Rising 7th graders will learn about curriculum and course selection and meet some Middle School teachers at 7th grade Orientation on Thursday, May 15.  Rising 8th and 9th graders will receive a letter from Middle School Director Gary Laws in early May with information about the middle school curriculum and any placement tests that might be required.   
Upper School students will meet with Upper School Director Linda Gorsline to determine schedules.  Placement tests in math and foreign language will be scheduled as well.

Q. How do I get text books and supply lists?
  • Text books and most supplies are provided to students in grades 1 - 6.  Sixth graders may pre-order the additional supplies needed through the Bulldog Bookstore during the summer.  You will receive an email with additional information about pre-ordering supplies.
  • A text book list for Middle and Upper School students will be posted on the bookstore webpage in early August.  All text books will be available for purchase in the Bulldog Bookstore beginning August 6.  A limited supply of used books are available so please plan accordingly.
  • Supply lists specific to individual teachers will also be posted on the bookstore webpage in early August. All supplies will be available in the bookstore.
  • The bookstore is closed from June 9 - August 5. Bookstore hours from August 6 - 22 are 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Q. When will I know my bus stop?
A. Complete the transportation registration in your online enrollment.  You will receive information from Tranquest in mid-August with your bus route number and bus stop.

Q. When is my first tuition payment due?
A. Your first payment is due on August 10.  Please contact Susan Gall for more information.

Q. When will I give my 9th grade speech?
A. New ninth graders' speeches are given after all of the returning the ninth graders have spoken.  You will receive your exact date during the first week of school.
