 Breakthrough at Norfolk Academy Breakthrough at Norfolk Academy is a tuition-free summer enrichment program for Norfolk Public middle school students who aspire to go to college. Annual gifts sustain the program. |

 Community Service Annual Support provides funding for all Community Service Programs, clubs, and activities in the Lower, Middle, and Upper Schools. |

 Faculty Development Gifts provide opportunities for continued professional growth and development for all faculty members. |

 Financial Aid Annual gifts provide financial assistance to students whose families demonstrate need and would otherwise not be able to attend Norfolk Academy. |

 Fine Arts Gifts support theater productions, visiting artists, musical instruments, costume and set design, and community partnerships with the Virginia Symphony and Virginia Arts Festival. |

 Green Initiatives Annual support provides funding for Norfolk Academy’s increasing interest in establishing standards and procedures for environmentally responsible practices.

 International Programs Norfolk Academy maintains its own exchange programs with Germany and France and is also a member school of the School Year Abroad consortium where qualified students may study abroad for up to a year in France, Spain, Italy, India, and China. Annual support helps fund each of these programs.

 Technology and Innovation Annual Support provides funding for Norfolk Academy teachers to facilitate student learning through innovative, challenging, and inspiring instructional practices using state of the art technology such as campus-wide smart boards. |
